Cheech and Chong “Get It Legal” tour

Their last tour—Cheech and Chong Light Up America—ended a nearly 25 year break. Now, the people have spoken and Cheech and Chong are back in the New Year.

In 2008-09, Cheech and Chong performed for more than 100 audiences, and some of their performances were even filmed for the “Cheech and Chong’s Hey Watch This” show, which will be released on 4/20…the national stoner holiday.

Now, they’re gearing up to hit the road again, this time for 17 stops across North America. Cheech and Chong named their concert tour dubbed “Get It Legal” in order to raise awareness on, you guessed it, marijuana. Shelby Chong, comedian and wife of Tommy Chong, will be opening as well as DJ Joey Mojo.

“We had an amazing time last year reconnecting with each other and our fans in a way that felt like it was part of our DNA, we were meant to be together,” said Cheech Marin on the group’s Web site.
